01:11  /  DLECTRICITY BIENNIAL LIGHT ART FESTIVAL "P.O.V."

A dramatic and (literally) traffic-stopping art installation. Mindfield artists crafted a story and full visuals to custom music for use in a two-building projection mapping experience during the Dlectricity Light Art Festival. Using the architectural facades of the Detroit Institute of Art and the Detroit Public Libray across Woodward Avenue as our canvases we generated a synchronized story based on the idea of perspective – how two different points of view can be exposed to the same inout and result in dffering, but ultimately conjoined experiences. Integrated lighting effects provided by TLS Productions. This one was a showstopper.
